THE CHALLENGE
TLC Lions are an energetic, dedicated global team that is passionate about driving behavioural change, embedding culture, and humanising the working world. They proudly work with global experts alongside the latest science backed technology to empower your employees and drive your desired culture. After the success of their 2023 event, TLC were back! Their Human Awards recognise the human leaders in business across the UK and we wanted to capture the moment not only to re-live the memory but also to promote many more to come!
THE CREATION
We worked with the team at TLC Lions again to determine best approach and quickly liaised with the events team and the venue itself, The 5* Pan Pacific Hotel Ballroom. After agreeing schedules, we upscaled our team to include three camera operators; one to capture the stage activity, one to speak to the amazing guests, nominees and winners and one to capture the atmosphere and emotion. We also had an extremely talented photographer with us to snap all the amazing moments of the evening!
THE OUTCOME
The result was incredible! A narrative filled with energetic, emotional words from the guests and winners along with star-studded content from Sally Lindsay. We accompanied this with inspiring shots from all attendees, fabulous dancers and of course the awards and the winners!
As we had so much amazing content, and such an amazing, we genuinely cannot wait for the next!
